As we already mentioned few days ago, last week we had the great opportunity to participate in the 2nd Itscool conferences at Palau Macaya (Barcelona), about fostering technological vocations, which gathered experts from different sectors involved in technology and education. The conferences talked about this topic introducing many different points of view: public administration, universities, business and both primary schools and high schools. Marta Muñoz, our HR manager, provided her business point of view and stressed the need for companies to catch talent. She also talked about the gap between men and women in the IT sector and the need for companies to visit schools for promoting technology careers from an early age. We thank the event organizers, as we enjoyed very interesting and enriching conferences. Hope to repeat very soon!
