NEXICA hosts the Euroleague Basketball website
Basketball fans can enjoy a truly updated website thanks to the hosting conditions of the Nexica Data Center.
Euroleague de Basketball S.L. is the company that organises the European Basketball Competition that bears its name, where the top four teams of the associated national championships participate, as well as the Ulebcup, in which the top ten teams of each national league take part.
For all these reasons, the Euroleague needs a flexible, totally dynamic and stable website that enables it to offer all the contents (matches, teams, match times, pre-match comments, images, videos, press releases, news, etc.) to sports press and fans alike, from all over the world and in real time. It has commissioned this service to NEXICA which, thanks to its Data Center infrastructure, has an unlimited internal volume (Percentile 95 method) and in which there are two Web Servers with Load Balancing between them (500 concurrent users). These servers are supplied by a DB Oracle server, on which the Web Administrator updates the site contents.
Moreover, NEXICA also provides the client with additional services such as Back-up Management, Firewall, and a potent monitoring tool that enables the client to control status, band width consumption, as well as comprehensive statistics to analyse usability.
