Shared servers

The user shares the IP and infrastructure with other users. Delivery is carried out through a Nexica IP via SMTP. This IP balances incoming traffic across one or more Postfix output nodes. Nexica proactively manages IP reputation through strict monitoring of compliance with the database management protocol.

Dedicated servers

The user has dedicated and shared servers. Delivery is made through the user's own outgoing IPs, so reputation and speed of delivery do not depend on other users.

IP reputation

To maintain a good IP reputation, the users of both shared and dedicated platforms must follow a protocol of good practices:

  • List hygiene: regularly delete all email addresses that have returned errors. Our tool generates reports with lists of incorrect addresses.
  • Opt-in: the email addresses must be obtained with the express permission of the recipients.
  • Unsubscribe link: all emails must include instructions to unsubscribe from the list. Ideally, this will be a link allowing the user to automatically unsubscribe.
